TailorFlow uses essential cookies for authentication, session management, and public-form visitor continuity.

The tf_vid cookie and quiz progress storage support resuming a quiz. They are not used to identify unique analytics visitors. Refusing analytics does not prevent completing a quiz, uploading files or receiving a personalized result.

Public-page analytics start only after you choose Accept analytics. Reject analytics is equally available. Use Privacy choices on the public page to change your decision at any time.

Your choice is stored in an HttpOnly, host-only tf_ac_ cookie for up to 180 days. Only an acceptance creates a separate random analytics identity, scoped to the customer and domain, for at most 180 days without automatic extension. Withdrawal stops future analytics and removes the browser analytics identity and unsent events; it does not automatically erase previously lawfully collected records.

Consented analytics measure sessions, recognized browsers, quiz steps, results and CTA clicks, acquisition source and approximate country. The country is supplied by our delivery infrastructure from the request IP; we do not use GPS, phone numbers or fingerprinting to recognize visitors.

We use PostHog EU for limited product analytics such as page views and feature usage. TailorFlow currently disables PostHog Session Replay and masks text and form inputs in the client configuration.

We do not use advertising cookies for the core product. Product analytics is configured not to capture lead answers, lead contact details, imported page content, or AI prompts.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Some TailorFlow features may stop working if essential cookies are disabled.
