Terms of Service

Last updated: May 27, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you access or use TailorFlow, including our websites, application, forms, AI-personalized landing pages, imported landing pages, custom domains, analytics, webhooks, uploaded files, and related services.

TailorFlow is operated by GROWTH SYNERGY CONSULTING, SAS, SIREN 934 886 870, registered office at 6 RUE D'ARMAILLE, 75017 PARIS, France. In these Terms, "TailorFlow", "we", "us", and "our" refer to GROWTH SYNERGY CONSULTING acting through the TailorFlow service.

By creating an account, purchasing access, publishing a flow, submitting content, or otherwise using TailorFlow, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use TailorFlow on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of TailorFlow after an update means that the updated Terms apply to your use of the service.

These Terms are provided for product operation and commercial clarity. They are not a substitute for legal advice and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production publication.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly provide TailorFlow to children under 16.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and maintaining control over your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by team members, contractors, or other persons you authorize.

You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

3. TailorFlow services

TailorFlow helps customers create lead capture flows, public forms, AI-personalized landing pages, imported and editable landing pages, custom domains, analytics, email notifications, webhook deliveries, exports, and related conversion workflows.

Some features may depend on third-party services, public URL availability, AI providers, domain providers, email providers, payment providers, hosting infrastructure, or browser capabilities. We may update, improve, restrict, replace, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product quality.

TailorFlow is not responsible for the products, services, claims, offers, or business outcomes promoted through your forms or landing pages. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

4. Plans, billing, and payments

Paid TailorFlow access unlocks the features described on the pricing page or checkout page at the time of purchase. Founder or lifetime access, when offered, is a one-time paid plan that unlocks the included paid features for the purchasing account, subject to these Terms.

TailorFlow uses Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payment processing, tax/order handling, billing records, and related payment operations. We do not store full credit card numbers in the TailorFlow application database.

You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchase. Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable. Deleting your account, not using the service, or choosing not to publish flows does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

We may change prices, plan limits, or included features for future purchases. Changes to future pricing do not create a refund right for past purchases.

5. Customer content and license to operate the service

You retain ownership of the content, landing pages, imported assets, HTML, CSS, scripts, images, logos, domains, forms, questions, lead data, uploaded files, and other materials you submit, import, create, or publish through TailorFlow.

You grant TailorFlow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, modify, display, publish, personalize, troubleshoot, secure, and transmit your content solely as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and support the service.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases needed to upload, import, process, publish, and use your content through TailorFlow. You must not upload, import, or publish content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

We may remove or restrict content if we reasonably believe it creates security risk, legal risk, abuse risk, intellectual property risk, platform integrity risk, or violates these Terms.

6. Imported pages and third-party content

TailorFlow may let you import publicly accessible landing pages and related HTML, CSS, images, fonts, scripts, links, copy, colors, sections, and metadata to recreate an editable page or generate a related flow.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to import, copy, edit, publish, and personalize any third-party page or asset. TailorFlow does not grant you rights in third-party websites, brands, copyrighted works, trademarks, images, scripts, or other materials.

Imported pages may not be reproduced perfectly. Pages that depend on protected assets, blocked resources, browser-specific behavior, third-party scripts, dynamic rendering, or private content may import partially or behave differently inside TailorFlow.

7. AI-generated content and personalization

TailorFlow uses AI to help analyze pages, generate questions, write copy, personalize landing pages, classify leads, and support related product workflows. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable for your business or legal requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and monitoring all AI-generated content before publishing or using it. TailorFlow does not guarantee that AI-generated claims, recommendations, questions, or page copy are accurate, lawful, compliant, or appropriate for your audience.

You must not use TailorFlow AI features to generate illegal content, deceptive claims, unlawful profiling, discriminatory decisions, or content that violates third-party rights.

8. Lead data and customer responsibilities

TailorFlow lets you collect information from visitors and prospects through public forms, partial submissions, generated pages, analytics events, exports, notifications, and webhooks. We refer to this information as Lead Data.

You decide what Lead Data to collect, why it is collected, how it is used, who receives it, and how long it is retained. For Lead Data, you are the controller under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where relevant, and TailorFlow processes Lead Data on your behalf to provide the service.

You are responsible for providing legally sufficient privacy notices, cookie notices, consent mechanisms, marketing permissions, data protection terms, and data subject rights processes for your visitors and leads. You must not use TailorFlow to collect sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

You agree not to use Lead Data for spam, unlawful marketing, deceptive practices, harassment, discrimination, fraud, or any purpose prohibited by law.

9. Acceptable use

You must use TailorFlow lawfully and responsibly. You may not use TailorFlow to publish, promote, collect, transmit, or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or otherwise unlawful content.

You may not use TailorFlow for phishing, impersonation, malware, credential theft, unauthorized scraping, spam, abusive automation, security testing without authorization, evading rate limits, attacking infrastructure, interfering with the service, or attempting to access data or systems that do not belong to you.

You may not publish offers or claims that are misleading, unsupported, illegal, or non-compliant for the relevant industry or jurisdiction. Regulated offers, financial claims, health claims, employment claims, and similar sensitive use cases remain your responsibility.

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, copy, or compete with TailorFlow using our software, templates, UI, documentation, or platform materials except as allowed by law or agreed in writing.

10. Monitoring, enforcement, and suspension

We may monitor use of TailorFlow to operate the service, improve reliability, detect abuse, investigate security incidents, enforce these Terms, comply with law, and protect TailorFlow, customers, visitors, and third parties.

We may suspend, restrict, remove, disable, or terminate access to accounts, flows, forms, landing pages, domains, webhooks, assets, or other content if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, legal risk, security risk, payment issue, infrastructure abuse, intellectual property claim, or harm to TailorFlow or others.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, we may act immediately where needed to prevent harm, preserve security, comply with law, or protect the service.

11. Third-party services and integrations

TailorFlow may integrate with or rely on third-party providers for hosting, database, authentication, storage, AI generation, payment checkout, email delivery, analytics, custom domains, infrastructure, webhooks, and related services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. TailorFlow is not responsible for third-party websites, payment pages, customer websites, imported pages, webhook destinations, email providers, analytics tools, or other external services you choose to use or connect.

If you connect webhooks, custom domains, scripts, tracking tools, or other third-party services, you are responsible for their configuration, security, legal compliance, and behavior.

12. TailorFlow intellectual property and feedback

TailorFlow and its licensors own the TailorFlow software, application, website, builder, templates, UI, design systems, documentation, brand, logos, workflows, and other platform materials, excluding your content and Lead Data.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use TailorFlow for your internal business purposes or for the business you represent.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or product requests, you grant TailorFlow the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

13. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other that should reasonably be understood to be confidential. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and may use it only for purposes related to the service or these Terms.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

14. Disclaimers

TailorFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that TailorFlow will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every imported page, compatible with every browser or third-party service, or that it will produce any specific number of visitors, leads, sales, conversions, revenue, rankings, or business results.

You are responsible for backing up important content, reviewing published pages, testing forms and integrations, complying with laws, and ensuring that your offers, claims, and data practices are appropriate for your business.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailorFlow and GROWTH SYNERGY CONSULTING will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or damages arising from third-party services or customer content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to TailorFlow or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to TailorFlow during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. For one-time Founder or lifetime purchases, this limit will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TailorFlow, GROWTH SYNERGY CONSULTING, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, imported pages, Lead Data, offers, legal compliance, third-party integrations, misuse of TailorFlow, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

We may assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense. You may not settle any claim in a way that imposes obligations on TailorFlow without our prior written consent.

17. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account where supported in the product or by contacting [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Account deletion may remove forms, questions, responses, landing pages, uploaded files, custom domains, analytics events, and account profile data from the active application database, subject to backups, logs, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and security requirements.

We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the service if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the service or a material part of it.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, governing law, and dispute provisions.

18. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of TailorFlow at any time, including features, limits, templates, AI behavior, import capabilities, providers, pricing for future purchases, and infrastructure.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If an update is material, we may provide notice through the product, by email, or by posting the updated Terms. Continued use of TailorFlow after the update means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply, the competent courts of Paris, France will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or TailorFlow.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.

20. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any checkout or plan-specific terms presented to you, form the entire agreement between you and TailorFlow regarding the service.
